1.3. By registering on the Site or using its services, You confirm that You fully agree with the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree with its terms, You must immediately cease using the Site.

2. Terms of Use

2.1. The User agrees to:
- Use the purchased Hand Histories solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Not distribute, copy, or transfer purchased Hand Histories to third parties without the written consent of the Administration.
- Not use Hand Histories for unlawful purposes, including fraud, deception, or manipulation in poker games.

2.2. The following is prohibited:
- Hacking, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the Site’s source code.
- Using automated scripts (bots) for mass data downloading.
- Uploading malware or spam to the Site.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All materials, including poker hand history databases, graphics, texts, and software code, are the property of the Administration or its partners and are protected by copyright laws.

3.2. Purchasing Hand Histories does not grant the User exclusive rights to them — only the right to personal use is acquired.

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1. The Site provides paid access to Hand Histories. Pricing and payment terms are specified in the relevant section.

4.2. Refunds are only possible in cases of technical errors that prevent the use of the purchased content.

4.3. The Administration reserves the right to modify pricing and subscription terms, notifying Users in advance.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

5.1. The Administration is not responsible for:
- Losses incurred due to the use of purchased Hand Histories.
- Actions of third parties, including poker rooms and payment systems.

6. Privacy

6.1. User personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement. The updated version comes into effect upon publication.

7.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.

7.3. Use of the Site constitutes full acceptance of all clauses of this Agreement.
